270W Brushless Corded Vacuum

The power layout is split between the upright body and the floor head. TEH Electric Appliance uses this arrangement in the 270W Brushless Corded Vacuum, with a 270W high-voltage DC brushless motor for the suction path and a separate drive for the motorized roller. It is specified at suction above 25 kPa and operating noise below 75 dB, with a 1.2 L transparent PC cyclonic dust cup, H12 HEPA standard filtration and a detachable 5–10 m cord. Plug type, voltage, frequency and H13 HEPA can be prepared for the destination version.

An OEM review can trace this model in the same order as its work: mains power enters through the selected cord, the body motor creates the suction path, and the powered roller meets the floor at the cleaning head. We configure the 270W Brushless Corded Vacuum around that path, with a transparent cyclonic cup and removable H12 HEPA filter between collection and service. It is intended for hard floors, short-pile carpet and mixed indoor routes where a powered head remains attached.

This product works as a coordinated system rather than as one isolated power figure. The brushless motor, air path, powered roller, cup and filter each handle a different part of the cleaning job. Together they give an OEM team a clear platform to evaluate on hard floors, short-pile carpet and mixed indoor routes.

The cord is detachable and can be prepared from 5 m to 10 m. Plug type, voltage and frequency can be arranged for the destination market. We can also discuss colour, logo position, accessories, filter grade, carton, labels and manual language around the approved product structure.

Product Features

What the Brushless Motor Changes in Daily Operation

A compact motor input

The main body uses a 270W high-voltage DC brushless motor. In a corded product, the motor receives power from the mains supply through the configured cord and control circuit. There is no battery pack taking up the working schedule, so the machine is ready to run whenever the correct outlet is available.

Less friction inside the drive

A brushless motor does not use the same contacting carbon-brush arrangement as a brushed motor. That removes one wear point from the motor drive and helps the motor run with less mechanical friction. For a product team, the practical questions are the temperature of the assembled unit, the sound of the air path and the condition of the motor after the agreed running test.

A stable reference for sample checks

The stated suction is above 25 kPa, operating noise is below 75 dB and motor running life is above 500 operating hours. These values are checked with the specified assembly and test setup. A sample review should record the floor head, cup fill level, filter condition and measurement position so that two samples are compared on the same basis.

Where the motor benefit is felt

The motor drives the suction path through the body, wand, cup and filter. It also works alongside the independent motor in the roller head. The operator therefore feels the motor benefit as a combination of steady airflow, controlled head movement and less interruption from charging rather than as a number in isolation.

Follow the Air and Power Path

From outlet to motor

The cleaning cycle begins at a market-specific wall outlet. Power travels through the detachable cord and the vacuum control circuit to the high-voltage DC brushless motor. The selected cord length can be short for a compact room or longer for a route with fewer outlet changes. Cord storage and strain relief are checked together with the electrical version.

From motor to floor

The motor creates the airflow that travels through the dust cup and wand to the motorized floor head. The roller has its own drive and meets the floor at the contact point. This separation lets the main motor maintain suction while the floor head moves dust, hair and small particles toward the inlet.

Pressure at the cup

The 1.2 L transparent PC cup shows the collection level while the vacuum is in use. Cyclonic movement keeps larger debris in the cup before the air reaches the filter section. A clear cup makes it easier to see when emptying is needed and gives a service technician a direct view of the collection area.

Fine-particle stage

H12 HEPA is the standard filter grade. The filter can be removed, cleaned, washed according to the agreed instructions, dried fully and fitted again. H13 HEPA can be discussed for a customized version. The filter grade and cup seal should stay matched to the same airflow arrangement during sample evaluation.

A Powered Roller at the Cleaning Surface

Independent drive in the head

The 270W Brushless Corded Vacuum uses a motorized floor head with an independent motor for the roller brush. The roller does not replace the suction airflow; it prepares material at the floor contact and guides it toward the suction opening. The head-to-wand joint, wheel position and wiring path are part of the same mechanical check.

Hard floor contact

On wood, tile and marble, the head should sit level and move without pushing loose material ahead of the opening. The roller, wheels and inlet work as one contact line. During a sample check, we look at forward movement, edge reach, turning clearance and whether the roller keeps its intended direction when the wand changes angle.

Short-pile carpet contact

On short-pile carpet, the roller works against the pile while the suction path carries loosened debris into the cup. The operator should be able to keep a regular pace without lifting the head repeatedly. Carpet height and filter condition affect the result, so the sample should be checked on the actual surface used for the project.

Transition between surfaces

A mixed-floor route may pass from tile to a rug, then to wood or marble. The powered head remains attached while the contact force changes with the surface. A useful inspection notes the start-up sound, push force, wheel tracking and collection behaviour at the transition rather than checking each floor in isolation.

Visible Dust Cup and Practical Filter Service

The cup as a working window

The transparent 1.2 L PC cup gives the operator a quick view of collected material. It is useful in homes, apartments and small commercial rooms where the next cleaning section should not begin with an overfilled container. The cup can be released, emptied and returned without opening the motor housing.

Separate the two service tasks

The dust cup and filter have different jobs. Empty the cup when the collection level requires it; clean the filter when the maintenance interval or condition calls for it. Hair or thread around the roller should be cleared at the floor head, not pushed into the filter service step.

Wash, dry and refit

The removable filter can be cleaned and washed following the agreed product instructions. It must be fully dry before refitting. A replacement filter can be supplied as a service part when the project requires it. Keeping a repeatable sequence helps a distributor explain the product without inventing a new procedure for each market.

H12 or customized H13

H12 HEPA is the standard option for this version. H13 HEPA is available for customization. The chosen grade, cup seal, airflow path and replacement part should be kept together on the sample label and packing list so that a later replenishment does not mix two filter versions.

A Corded Platform Prepared for Different Markets

Detachable 5–10 m cord

The cord can be prepared from 5 m to 10 m and detached for packing or service. A compact room may use a shorter length, while a longer route may reduce outlet changes. The working reach should be assessed with the powered head attached, not with the cord measured on its own.

Plug, voltage and frequency

We configure plug type, voltage and frequency for the destination market selected for the order. These details affect the electrical version and should be verified on the production sample before the carton and manual are finalized. Country-specific labels and language can then stay with the correct version.

A second cord for a multi-floor set

Because the cord is detachable, a project can discuss an additional cord as a service or regional option. The main product remains the same while the supplied cord length follows the installation or market requirement. Any additional cord must be listed with its plug and electrical specification.

Mains operation in the work plan

The corded format suits schedules that are organised around outlets: homes with several rooms, apartments, offices, hotels and small commercial spaces. The motor can continue to operate during the planned cleaning period without a battery exchange. The operator still needs to follow the local electrical and safety instructions for the selected version.

How We Review a Sample

Start with the identity of the unit

We first match the sample body, support structure, transparent cup, straight wand, motorized roller head and cord to the agreed product version. The colour, logo position and carton are recorded separately from the core mechanical parts so a private-label change does not hide a structural change.

Run the complete assembly

The suction, sound and life figures belong to the assembled version. The sample is run with the specified cup, filter and floor head in place. We record suction above 25 kPa, noise below 75 dB and motor running life above 500 operating hours under the applicable test setup, rather than treating the motor as a loose component.

Check the roller and connection

The floor head is checked for roller start-up, steady rotation, bearing sound, wheel movement, head-to-wand locking and turning range. The cable path to the independent head motor should not be pinched when the wand is angled. The floor head must remain in the correct forward direction.

Repeat the service sequence

After the run, the cup is emptied and the filter is removed, cleaned and refitted. The service sequence is repeated by another operator when the project needs training material. This reveals whether a release tab, seal, filter fit or cup connection is difficult to use.

Check the carton contents

The sample carton should contain the approved roller head, cup, filter, cord and listed accessories. The plug, voltage, frequency, labels and manual language are checked against the intended destination. If a spare filter or second cord is included, it is listed beside the finished unit.

OEM and ODM Configuration

Core parts and project options

We keep the main body, brushless motor, cup, filter fit, powered roller and corded electrical arrangement tied to the approved sample. Around that core, we can discuss body colour, logo position, cord length, plug, voltage, frequency, filter grade, accessories, carton or colour-box artwork, labels and manual language.

Colour without changing the product

The ivory and gray combination changes the appearance while retaining the same upright body, support structure, transparent cup, wand and powered head. A different colour should be confirmed with a physical sample so the image set and carton artwork represent the version that will be supplied.

Order information

The stated MOQ is 500 units. Samples can be provided, with sample charges confirmed separately. For a bulk quotation, the product title, floor-head type, motor, suction, filter grade, cord length and destination-market electrical details should appear together on the quotation.

Packing and documentation

We can prepare neutral kraft-carton packing or discuss branded carton work for the project. Labels, manual language and replacement filters follow the destination version. A clear packing list makes it easier for a warehouse to separate different plugs, cords or filter grades.

Applications and Working Routes

Homes and apartments

The 270W Brushless Corded Vacuum is suited to homes that combine hard floors with short-pile rugs or carpeted rooms. The transparent cup gives a visible collection check after entrance areas, furniture edges or pet zones, while the cord length can be selected around the room layout.

Offices and small commercial spaces

Studios, clinics, shops and offices often have a mixture of tile, wood, stone and rugs. A mains-powered unit can follow the outlet plan while the roller head stays attached. The sample review should pay attention to turning around furniture and the way the cord follows the operator.

Hotels and serviced properties

Hotel rooms and serviced apartments may require repeated cleaning of corridors, rooms and entrance areas. The powered head handles the change between smooth flooring and short-pile carpet. The cord, cup release and filter sequence should be easy for the cleaning team to repeat.

Wholesale and private-label programmes

Importers, distributors, appliance brands and OEM teams can use the platform as a base for a market version. The electrical setup, colour, packaging, labels and manual can be agreed around the same documented sample so each destination receives the intended configuration.
