We use it where continuous mains power, a powered floor brush and visible dust collection are needed across hard floors, carpets and mixed surfaces. The transparent dust cup, straight extension wand and corded motor unit form one connected cleaning system.

Our current configuration uses a high-voltage DC brushless motor rated at 270W, suction greater than 25 kPa and operating noise below 75 dB. Continuous Mains Power for Long Cleaning Sessions

We use mains power for homes, offices, apartments, property management and other areas where a cleaning route may continue through several rooms. The corded format removes a battery charging interval from the cleaning schedule, so operation follows the available power connection and the planned work period.

The upright structure combines the brushless motor, powered floor brush and detachable cord as one serviceable assembly. We can configure voltage, frequency, plug type, cord length and package language for the destination market while keeping the same core product arrangement.

270W Brushless Motor and Suction Specification

The high-voltage DC brushless motor is rated at 270W. The current product specification lists suction greater than 25 kPa and operating noise below 75 dB. We keep the measurement method, operating mode and tested configuration with the specification so the figures remain tied to the correct version.

The platform has a 500 operating-hour service-life specification. We use this figure with the approved electrical and operating configuration when preparing maintenance information, spare-filter planning and after-sales documentation.

Motorized Floor Brush and Wand Alignment

The powered floor brush transfers motor power to the red roller while the joint connects to the straight extension wand. During normal forward, backward and turning movements, the head should remain in line with the wand and stay in contact with the floor.

We use the brush on hard floors, carpets and transition areas. During sample inspection, we check roller movement, floor contact, hair loading, edge cleaning, head rotation and the connection between the brush and wand.

Cyclonic Dust Cup and Filter Access

The 1.2 L transparent dust cup makes collected debris visible and opens for routine emptying. The cyclone path separates larger debris before air reaches the filter section, while the removable filter structure allows cleaning and replacement planning.

H12 HEPA is the standard filter grade for this platform. H13 HEPA can be specified for a customized version. We keep the filter grade, replacement part and cleaning method in the same configuration so the manual and spare-parts list remain accurate.

Power Cord, Plug and OEM Configuration

The corded motor is specified for operating noise below 75 dB. This supports use in homes, offices and other indoor areas where a lower operating sound is preferred.

For OEM and ODM projects, we can discuss body colour, logo position, carton design, manual language, cord length, plug type, accessories, filter grade and inspection documents. We coordinate the approved sample, specification sheet, packaging information and image set before production release.
