The cord can be separated from the main unit for the carton, then replaced if the project later requires a service part. This model uses a 270W high-voltage DC brushless motor to drive the suction path through the body, wand, cup and filter. The stated suction is above 25 kPa, operating noise is below 75 dB and motor running life is above 500 operating hours. These figures describe the motor and air system; the amount collected at the floor also depends on the nozzle contact, surface, airflow route and filter condition.

For a sample comparison, we keep the electrical input, floor head, filter condition and test surface the same before looking at suction or sound. This makes it easier to find a change caused by assembly or configuration, rather than by a different cleaning setup.

The ordinary floor brush does not contain a separate motor. A mechanical selector changes the brush-strip contact for smooth floors such as wood, tile and marble, then moves to a carpet position for short-pile surfaces. The complete head remains attached to the wand, so the operator does not need to change a powered accessory when the surface changes.

On a route with several floor finishes, the useful checks are selector movement, wheel rolling, floor contact, the head-to-wand joint and turning movement. These are simple mechanical points, but they influence how the corded platform feels in daily use.

H12 HEPA is the standard filter grade for this version. The filter can be removed, cleaned, dried and installed again; replacement filters can also be discussed for the project. H13 HEPA is available when a customized version needs that grade. Filter grade, replacement part and cleaning instructions should stay together in the final product configuration.

Route Sample Checks

After a sample arrives, place the outlets and rooms roughly as they will be used in the target property and watch how the 5–10 m cord follows the unit. The cord should allow the head to turn without pulling the upright body off line, and it should be possible to disconnect it, pack it and reconnect it without a complicated sequence.

The same sample can then be moved from a smooth floor to short-pile carpet. Check the selector at the head, the connection between head and wand, wheel movement and turning range. Empty the transparent cup and remove the filter using one repeatable service sequence so the steps can later be reflected in training material.

For a multi-country order, inspect each electrical and packing version separately. Plug shape, voltage, frequency, labels and manual language should stay with the intended destination instead of being mixed during carton preparation.
