Maintenance Ready Brushless Corded Vacuum

An OEM service program works more smoothly when routine care is visible from the first use. The Maintenance Ready Brushless Corded Vacuum from TEH Electric Appliance places the transparent 1.2 L PC cyclonic dust cup, removable H12 HEPA filter, ordinary manual floor brush and detachable 5–10 m cord within a straightforward maintenance path. Its 270W high-voltage DC brushless motor is specified at suction above 25 kPa, operating noise below 75 dB and motor running life above 500 operating hours. H13 HEPA can be prepared for a customized version.

After the vacuum leaves the carton, the working sequence is easy to follow: set the floor selector, complete the cleaning pass, empty the cup, then remove and dry the filter. We organise the Maintenance Ready Brushless Corded Vacuum around that sequence, with the brushless motor in the main body and the ordinary floor head using no separate motor. The floor brush, cup, filter, wand and cord can therefore be checked one by one during training and service.

That arrangement is useful for distributors and private-label brands that need straightforward instructions and a manageable spare-parts list. We can discuss agreed replacement filters, floor heads, wands and cords together with body colour, logo position, market electrical setup and packing information.

Service Access Starts at the Floor Head

A manual selector for two surfaces

The ordinary floor brush uses a mechanical selector. The hard-floor position suits smooth surfaces such as wood, tile and marble. The carpet position brings the brush strips closer to short-pile carpet. The operator changes the setting at the head, so the same assembly stays on the wand when the route moves between surfaces.

There is no separate brush motor or drive wiring in the head. Service checks can therefore concentrate on selector action, wheel movement, floor contact, the head-to-wand joint and turning range. These points are easy to show in a training image and easy to list as separate checks when a replacement head is supplied.

A Clear Dust-Cup and Filter Routine

See the collection level before opening

The 1.2 L transparent PC cyclonic dust cup shows how much debris has been collected before the user removes it. Emptying the cup first keeps the filter step cleaner. The cup should be removed, emptied, checked for correct seating and then returned to the body before the vacuum is used again.

H12 HEPA service and H13 option

H12 HEPA is the standard filter grade. The filter can be removed, cleaned, dried and installed again, and replacement filters can be prepared as service parts. H13 HEPA is available when a customized version requires that grade. The filter construction, cleaning method and replacement part can be recorded together for the project.

Spare Parts for After-Sales Work

Floor head, filter and cord as service items

For an OEM program, we can discuss the ordinary floor brush, dust cup, H12 or customized H13 filter, extension wand and detachable 5–10 m power cord as agreed service items. Whether they ship inside the main carton or in a separate service pack, and how many pieces are included, is decided with the order.

A distributor with a local service stock can use the Maintenance Ready Brushless Corded Vacuum platform to separate these items by country, colour or packing language while keeping the core vacuum structure consistent. This is especially useful when one product platform is sold through more than one retail channel.

Performance and Market Electrical Setup

The main body uses a 270W high-voltage DC brushless motor. Suction is above 25 kPa, operating noise is below 75 dB and motor running life is above 500 operating hours. The corded format runs from the available mains connection, while the detachable cord can be supplied from 5 to 10 m with the plug, voltage and frequency required for the destination market.

Electrical versions should be checked as complete sets: cord length, plug, voltage, frequency, label and manual language belong to the same market configuration. During a sample review, a service team can also perform the cup and filter removal sequence and verify the selector, wheels and cord connection.

OEM Configuration and Packing

We can discuss body colour, logo position, market plug, voltage, frequency, filter grade, accessories, brown-carton or neutral packing, colour-box artwork, labels and manual language. The MOQ is 500 pcs. Samples can be provided, with sample charges confirmed separately.

After-Sales Sample Check

A service team can review the Maintenance Ready Brushless Corded Vacuum sample in the same order used by the instruction manual: choose the floor position, complete a cleaning pass, remove and empty the cup, then remove the filter for cleaning and drying. These actions should be possible without opening the motor housing, and the floor brush, cup, filter and cord should each be accessible for inspection.

At a service bench, record selector movement, wheel rolling, the head-to-wand joint, cup latch and filter seat. If service parts are planned, mark the packing method for replacement heads, filters, wands and cords so colour or market versions are not mixed in one carton.

When the same platform is supplied to several markets, check the plug, voltage, frequency, labels and manual language with the maintenance sequence. This gives the project one combined review before production.
